electric bicycle - my brother was into electric bicycles forever. I don't remember when it started, well before this post. I remember going with him in Oakland I think or close testing a particularly high wattage bicycle up a slope. Maybe I can find some documentation of the pixelated kind if I search hard enough.

He saw the need for legislation. I think he worked for it somehow? I definitely remember him appearing on a crazy morning show at some point.

Pays off to read the blurb: Hanan quoted 2005 as the start of his electric bicycle infatuation.
